I set up a Windows Scheduler task to run a batch file that contains the single command: xcopy c:\mail\*.* \\server\mailshare\account /s/e/r I've run this about a dozen times with TB also running and not had any problems so far. That said, I suspect that there would be problems if TB were downloading mail or doing something else to lock the .tbb files. Perhaps someone who knows TB "under the hood" can give a more-enlightened response.
