No matter what shortcuts you choose to 'Re-Send' a message
(<Shift>+<F6> is working without opening the folder view) the message
it placed in outbox. To alter the TO-field you have simply to open it
from outbox and change it. Of course your way of doing it works too.
For me there's no misbehavior if TB! put's it immediately into outbox
as 'Resend' does not implement 'change recipient' but only 'send this
message again'. Being able to change the recipient is one reason why I
don't have activated 'Send immediately' in account options .-)
