I think you may not be receiving much assistance because this isn't a
TB! specific issue, but a network related one and it would therefore
be drifting into a technical and also off-topic discussion (it seems
to be network problem that is indirectly affecting TB!). You just
might get more help on TBTECH where more of the techies subscribe
and that forum is more suited to your query since we're more lenient
with discussing these sorts of related matters there.
