I'm using on important eMail priority 2. There are cases where I would
have used as I know the recipient can display it - just to draw the
attention to my eMail. Prio 4 I've never used.

ACK. I sometimes come across eMail with high priority but looking at
the content I rather think the writer has put it on high without
thinking about it.
