Yes, it is. The Bat! is not designed to easily alter messages after
receiving.

But for your purposes I'd suggest using the 'Memo' field what is
available for every single message within TB. After you figured out
how the voice mail is from you can access this memo field easily by
using the shortcut <Ctrl>+<Shift>+I and type in the name. Use <Ctrl>+S
to save the memo and <Ctrl>+<Shift>+I to close it again.
Now, if you activate the memo field column in your message list view
you have easy access and overview of whose voice mail you're on plus
you can search easily for it using standard search capabilities of The
Bat!.
