TB! numbers the replies to a subject with an increasing number. This
is default but prepared to be switched off on account basis.
If you don't like it (and it really does only make sense if everybody
would use it) you can disable it in "Account Properties" / "Templates"
/ "Reply" - Option "Use reply numbering in the subject line".

If you want to disable it not overall but for defined folders or
recipients you can add the macro '%SINGLERE' in the specific reply
template.

<dash><dash><space><Enter>

seems you missed the <space> by accident :-)
