I have a quick template [QT] which looks like ==========8<============================================================= %CLEAR %TO="" %TO="[EMAIL PROTECTED]" ==========8<============================================================= This is called spam so all I have do do is type [spam] into the message somewhere and then activate the QT (by pressing CTRL + SPACE) this clears the body of the message.
