Because he's using the "second best" (attention! ironic!) MUA in the world:
Outlook Express 6.0. the only one better is: Outlook Express 7.0 (to
be developed; ironic too!!!!!) *ggg*

The only client producing better, means bigger, fancy mails is
"Incredible Mail". And 'Nomen est omen': it'S absolutely incredible
what this Mail-User-<I dont know, I wouldn't call it an Agent>
produces :-)
