Try to create your filters more precisely :-)
If I'd filter for 'TBUDL' in 'Recipient' every mail sent to 'TBBETA' &
'TBUDL' would end up in 'TBUDL'-folder.
Therefor I (and many others) do filter on _unique_ properties, with the
meaning of 'unique' per mailing list.

This list for example has a header field name 'List-ID' so I filter on

List-ID:.*<tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com>

in 'Kludges' for clearly identifying mails coming through this list to
me and

List-ID:.*<tbbeta.thebat.dutaint.com>

for e.g. the Beta list. _One_ message send to both will result in two
mails arriving at my side, but filtered in different folders, no
matter if TBUDL or TBBETA filter is the first in list.

So use Source-Viewer (or alternatively <Ctrl>+<Shift>+K for headers
showing) to figure out unique attributes for you different lists and
you'll run out of trouble :-)

BTW: to strictly answer your original question: yes, you can activate
"Action" / "Create a copy of message in another folder" for every
filter and so have two instances of the same mail, but in your case
I'd choose method one I described :-)))
