Also... If you use the gmx.net SMTP server for sending, you have to
use SMTP Authentication. From the "Account Properties/Transport/SMTP
Server/Authentication (RFC 2554)", choose "Perform SMTP
Authentication/Use settings of Mail Retrieval".
