They offer their service to everyone in the world, but have decided to
discontinue an international (English) interface from the end of
January onwards.

If you are quick, you can still read up and become a member with an
English interface. If not, you either have to learn German or ask us
Germans to help you.

GMX offers POP3 (secured and encrypted) and SMTP (secured); you can
re-direct mail directly from GMX to your ISP or use GMX to collect
mails from different ISP's.
