Hello TBUDL,

Just installed The Bat! and I like what I've seen so far. However,
I'm having a serious problem with it which, if not resolved, means
  I'll have to look elsewhere.

When I'm using Word, and wish to send the current (saved) document
to The Bat, I click on FILE, then SEND TO, then MAIL RECIPIENT.
Fine and dandy. The Bat! (which starts up if not running) accepts
it, asks me which of my three user accounts to use for this (and
password), and then gives me a new email window, with the file
attached there on the left side. Great.

Then I click on SEND. BANG! "Access violation" and a bunch of
numbers. At this point I'm seriously screwed, I can't even shut
down The Bat! without first invoking Task Manager and then forcing a
shutdown that way. Any other attempt to shut down The Bat! gives me
  the same "Access violation" message.

Yes, I installed The Bat! as the MAPI handler before attempting any
  of this.

  Any thoughts?
