Start by reading the info on TB FAQ (http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/howdoi.html. Then go to How to sync The Bat! with your Palm device (by Tim Musson)) I set the Palm mail conduit to Eudora. Note: Some Palms (the less expensive ones) didn't include a mail program.
