It isn't true.  :-)  There is a little utility called "Wab2Ldif.exe"
that makes exporting from your OE address book, and importing into
your TB! address book easy.

I can't remember where the file can be obtained, but I did grab a copy
of it for someone, so if no one can come up with a link to it, I'll
be happy to send you a copy.
