Hello Roelof,

Thank you. I tried it and it worked. I then reverted back to %TOFNAME
in the recipient line of the template -- and now that worked, too!
Still I like the ABtoFIRSTNAME ,since it will also look for the first
name from the header if it's not in the Address Book.

Also, I'm using your advice about how to reply digest listings. This
is the "maiden voyage."

Thanks again. I'm beginning to get better control of The Bat!
