Peter, Every folder have It's own setup for keeping messages. Go to the folder properties and on the bottom you'll see a box with "Keep messages in the base for (days)". Setup the days and that's it. AFAIR - If you set it to delete the messages after 10 days, It'll actually will move 11 days old messages but I'm not sure about it.
