The sample is in from the individual having the problem (Dave Goodman) and the problem is that Date: headers are not present on the message that imported with the wrong date. The date is there on the From line, but TB doesn't use that. Dave - if you have a regex search/replace text editor you could fake up Date: headers where missing.
