I am not sure wether I understood your question.

%Account macro is used to specify which account you want to use in the template.

For  e.g. I subscribe to different groups and filter the messages to one account
(with  group  wise folders) And each group has an %Account macro in its template
so  that  outgoing  messages reflect the correct e-mail id and the group accepts
the messages.
