Mine definitely won't do this - I've tried many times and all that is ever visible is the Inbox although there are both personal folders and common (company-wide) folders on the server :/ (It may well be "undocumented" = "doesn't work very well so isn't emphasised" ... on the [tbbeta] mailing list there've been various discussions in the past about IMAP and TLS/SSL* working, or not working, depending on the server at the far end).
