I am relatively new to The Bat and have some problems to operate as efficiently as I was Forte Agent because of missing some keyboard shortcuts and custom on/off icons. I am sure Bat is capable to do but I couldn't find it.
1./ How to switch from "Display all messages" to "display only Unread messages "without going through VIEW | DISPLAY etc. The display all messages shown a shortcut Ctl+ but this doesn't appear to work. In Agent I could set up a custom icon switch for the display, which is even simpler than a keybord shortcut. 2./ To change from "no treading" to "Tread by reference" again I have to go to VIEW| VIEW TREAD BY etc. It shows a key combo of Alt-0 and Alt-1 but all this is doing apparently changing the order of the columns. Would be nice to have a switch for this as an icon. I have not discovered a way of making custom icons in Bat. Is it possible?
