NAV presents a virtual POP3 server, which you specify as the server for incoming mail. The username parameter that you supply to that "server" specifies both the real target mail server and your username on that server. When you download mail, TB requests the mail from NAV, which connects to the real mail server and scans all messages before passing them to TB. 2. No, all that selecting "Manually Configured Accounts" does is enable the virtual POP3 server. You still need to tell TB from where it should get your messages.
