Yes, this is what works for me:

  1. A reply template (constructed in Actions)

  2. An external text file (created by Actions)

  3. A filter which I place in each account changing
the obvious although SPAMCop doesn't care what
account you use to send them SPAM but it will only
send you the forwarding URL to one confirmed address.

The filter is in the READ filter group
  The rule is active/manual only
It is activated by Hot Keys <your choice>

Under the Actions Tab, create an Auto Reply template
  that includes the following:

%HEADERS %TEXT
%TO=""
%TO="submit.<whatever_your_confirmation_#[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
%ACCOUNT="<your account>"

 The filter is as follows:

BeginFilter
Name: Forward to SpamCop
Active: 1
Source: \\IDT Cable\Inbox
Target: \\IDT Cable\Inbox
CopyFolder: \\\none
MainSet: 00
Actions: faDelMsg,faAutoReply,faoExportOver,faoManualOnly,faSetColor,faoHotKey

EndFilter

One note. In my filter, I delete the spam. Get rid of
that action & add an action to "create a copy of
message in another folder" & be sure to enter your
confirmation SPAMcop address between the brackets.

I've never had a report returned to me because of
  incomplete information.

  HTH
