With TB!, you don't have to worry about it. The "mark as read" is only
for your eyes. TB! will not go to the web to download external images,
etc., so there's no way the spammers can track you. As long as you
don't send receipt confirmations, and you don't click on their "remove
me from your list" links, spammers will never know if you read their
junk or not.
