1. I had to move the gpg.exe file into the main TB directory in order
to have the OpenPGP option. I had a copy in c:\gnupg. Now, however,
I've deleted it from the TB directory. It doesn't seem to matter at
this point.

2. I've tried with the gpg.exe file there and not there; with
gpgshell loaded and not loaded; i've quit and restarted TB each time.
Nothing I do will cause the key manager or preferences menu choices to
do anything at all if GPG is selected as my OpenPGP version.

Another contributor suggested that the reason is because GPG itself
has no front end code for TB to hook into. TB is not, apparently,
hooking into GPGshell.

What front end, if any, are you using? Are you *sure* that the
responses you're getting to the key manager and preferences options
are from GPG?
