While not a direct answer to the original post, I tried to use the PGP approach several months back and not a single client could install it. It is a pain for most people and not worth the trouble. Before I am flamed by the die hard element, I say for MOST people. So, I shifted over to EasyCrypto (free) which means I can write up stuff in Word, or whatever, and then have it encrypted. I then send it along as an attachment. At the other end, a client can open up easily as we have agreed a password together from the outset. http://www.handybits.com/easycrypto.htm No one has complained since and people are enthusiastic about using it. Easycrypto doesn't need a List to work out how to use it either ;-) With best wishes, Dave ---------------------------------------------------------------------- David Conroy MSW Personal Life and Business Coaching World-wide http://www.e-coaching-only.com mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Member International Coach Federation, ID 1006660.
