Hello Roman, On Monday, February 25, 2002 at 3:55:55 PM you wrote in msgid:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (at least in part):
>> I have a feeling that, despite my constant warnings to the contrary, >> some folks *still* think that folder templates are neat :-(((. RK> They are. If there only was a setting for a default mailto-URL template... They aren't :-/ There's nothing that can't be achieved by using AB-templates which is by using folder templates, except for some _very few_ mailing lists. Another thing is you're using '%TO' w/o clearing it's content first. Using '%TO=""%TO="<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"' does not prevent you from sending mail accidentally to the list when clicking 'mailto:' links, but it avoids what happened to you: To: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] and you might have seen easier the mail is address wrong. Again: the best solution is to create an AB-entry for TBUDL and put your templates for this list up there. Give this entry a nick / handle and add it to your favorites makes it _really_ easy writing a new mail to the list and if you only reply the 'Reply' template from address book is taken automatically, as this list is configured to contain the 'Reply-To' header and therefore the correct address is already set up when you reply and therefore the correct temoplate(s) are invoked automatically. -- Regards Peter Palmreuther mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (The Bat! v1.54 Beta/43 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2) No, no nurse, I told you to prick his boil! -- ________________________________________________________ Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Latest Vers: 1.53d FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com
