Either by using the mouse to drag and drop the folder(s) while holding
<Ctrl> _and_ <Alt> pressed (<Alt> will allow to move, additionally
<Ctrl> will allow to move as sub-folder).

Or, as you're using the latest Beta you can use the shortcuts

<Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Up>
              +<Down>
              +<Left>
              +<Right>

They are explained again if you click a folder with right mouse
button.

Should be '-- ' (<dash><dash><space><enter>) for being recognized as
signature delimiter :-)
