I don't believe so. At least if you're referring to the
headers being displayed as part of the message as is the case
with text view. To display them directly in the html view, I
think, would require appending the actual HTML code which would
be buggy at best no matter what precautions were taken to
display them consistently. Otherwise they'd have to go into the
small frame above the message view.
