I would like to add a CC: block in the template used for printing. However, the text added when I use the macro function does not match the syntax of the To: and From: blocks. I'd appreciate any help in defining the syntax of an additional line that would print the names of any addressees appearing in the CC: block of an email. (Unless someone enlightens me otherwise, I'll assume the same syntax would apply to the BCC: block.)
