In  the RFC, it might matter (and on some *NIX-systems it actually does,
though  I  don't  think  they're too many out there), but normally (I've
never  encountered problems of any kind) everything will work just fine.
Anyways;  worst  case  scenario is just in the message being returned to
the  sender  with  a  non-delivered  message  from  the  mail  server in
question.
