Nick,
A little late, but I thought I should check to be sure I told you the
right place for your sister to make the adjustment. I didn't. Here
is the correct place if she has Windows 9x:
With the cursor over the time in the system tray (lower right hand
corner of the screen, on the task bar), right click. Then left click
on "Adjust date/time," and click on the "time zones" tab. Pick "GMT
-05:00 Eastern Time (US and Canada)." That should do it.
