I can honestly say that I installed this version earlier today, have worked with it all day, and while I am looking at different menu placement, it has worked (after the initial lockup) without one moment's problem. In that time I have probably downloaded about 1,000 emails.
Now, on to play some with the new inbox-known filter. In the meantime, all my filters and folders and some newly created sub-folders are functioning perfectly.
