I think Yes, but I have not KAV 3 installed to check it.

Version 1.60 was released in friday's evening and as I think,
developers didn't updated WWW pages yet.

Yes, but plugins are not ready yet. I'm in contact with developers of
AVG and NOD32 antivirus programs, but plugins were not fully tested.
