I have my folder tree set up in common folders, and filter everything out of my several accounts. Each contains only in, out, sent and trash folders. Unfortunately each account has it's own sorting office but at least one can get all the folders one works with in one group. It would have also made good sense to have only one common trash folder-- and I do filter all my spam into the common trash folder. If you haven't found it yet the folder menu is where you find the create common folder option -- Dwight A.
