I've used both Becky 2.0.0.10 and TB 1.60 and in each case there are no irregularities. Strange happenings on your end for sure. One thing I do note is that occasionally I see you using: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 and when that happens, I see funny characters at the bottom of my personal signature when I try to PGP sign my message to the List. Seems TB inherits the character set of the Senders message when creating a reply.
