The mileage greatly varies with Win2k systems and ZoneAlarm. I don't
know what the situation is with WinXP. My only advice is that if you're
running ZoneAlarm with Win2k or XP and you're having connection problems
with TB! or non-specific internet connection problems cured by a reboot
or closing and restarting TB!, get rid of ZoneAlarm. It's the culprit.

I've seen so many Win2k users have problems with ZoneAlarm that I
wouldn't advise that it be used with Win2k. I wouldn't try it with XP
either.
