  Since it doesn't currently exist, why not try something
  the following?

  Create a template that includes %CLEAR & a clipboard dump
  so all you have to do is <SHFT-CTRL-F5> type the name of
  your template + <CTRL-ENTER> & you should have it.

  Its not a keystroke but you could make it as short as
  3-keystrokes [after SHFT-CTRL-F5] which is not too bad.
