Hi to all! Earlier in time I wrote asking what SmartBat was supposed to be. "A notepad with search functionality" was the common reply for my e-mail and for those that asked a similar question afterwards.
Well, all I can say is that it rules! After using it for a few days, I've used for a whole bunch of things (funny how simple ideas con go so far!), here are some of the uses I've given it: - Multiple text clipboard - Scratch-pad - Simple TODO / day organizer (if I could sync this thing with my Palm easily I'd be ecstatic!), Palm Desktop chaps my ... - Thought organizer at the touch of an F6 - Mail organizer (got gazillion e-mails) - Post-it (TM) substitute - Calls and reminders - ... I have assigned a system hot-key for it and now I have it available from any app! One question though is how often is the text saved? I type the CTRL-S sequence every time I type new stuff in, but might be wasting my energy.
