I'm using the feature and very well it works too. Put multiple email
addresses in the email control of the Address Book entry.

To access the alternative addresses, you have to bring up the address
picker window while addressing the message. In the address picker,
right click a name in the address list on the left. Where a name has
multiple addresses, the "Add address" option has a drop down sub-menu
which contains a list of the alternative addresses. Choose the correct
address from there.

It works doubly for me well since the single address book entry now
has unified templates for all addresses for that individual.
