I have online forms for a service I offer, where I receive an email with the following subject: "Service xyz"
When I get such an email, I would like to move it to a folder called "Service xyz" and then auto-reply with a standard message, such as: "Thank you for your enquiry. Which model were you interested in?" They reply and we end up with a threaded discussion. The problem I see is that if they reply, they will then get another auto-reply email, because it is triggered by the subject "Service xyz". Yet I only want this auto-reply on the first email. How can I do this with The Bat?
