Here's what I did (and I'm still doing as I have over a thousand entries in various PST files). 1. In Outlook, select then right-click the contact. 2. Choose Export to vCard file, then choose an appropriate filename and location. 3. In TB Address Book, choose File->Import From->Business Card (VCF).
