Sure. Just create a template for the auto-reply of your spam-filter.
Take note that in order to be convincing your message should have the
postmaster address of your ISP in the from.
Your ISP might not appreciate your impersonating it's postmaster.

Since 'failure notices' have lots of varying appearances, it shouldn't
be so difficult to copy one. However you'd like to reconsider what
headers you'd like to include, since they might give more info about
you.

Note that TB always includes a x-mailer header and TB isn't a real
mail-server.
