According to the service I'm trying to communicate with, I can specify the
information about my reference ID in two ways, either in the body of the
message or in the headers.

Now, adding it in the body causes some kind of problem with the automated
software that read my mails so it returns a failure despite it actually
accepts and responds to the commands and updates therein.

I therefore wanted to try the put-it-in-the-headers option in order to avoid
this pseudo-failure which wreaks havoc with the software in my end that needs
to acknowledge the successful change, which it doesn't because of the
(incorrect) failure report.

I will try to see if the %COMMENT thing works despite the odd formatting of
the header. I doubt it though.

Yours,
Per Gtterup
