Thanks Luc !! the CTRL-Right works, even in preview mode, I like that! also just the right arrow scrolls you down the current thread to the next message, opening ONLY that next message in the thread, which is probably the EASIEST way ( one finger ;) to go down the messages. This is getting to be like VI ( Visual editor in UNIX). VI has 256 different keystroke commands.
