I'm afraid not. You have to create outgoing filters to achieve the
same effect.

A good thing to do is that whenever you create an incoming filter,
copy it to your outbox and change the string parameter. If you filter
on sender, change it to recipient.

It's a daunting limitation when you already have 50 filters and wish
to move outgoing mail to the original message folders.
