I can't respond to your questions about AEP, but, as much as I would
like more people to use TB!, it might be that your very best solution
is to use Lotus Notes and Lotus Approach.  Approach is at least as
powerful as Access, and a whole lot easier to design and manipulate.
Notes, aside from having a powerful email module, can be configured to
do just about anything with data, including parse it out to Approach.
One caveat, however: you might need a Domino server depending on your
needs; OTOH, depending on your level of activity, it might be worth
the added complexity.  All depends on how much data, how complicated,
and what it's worth to you.
