This is undoubtedly a virus but you need not worry in this case as your ZoneAlarm has caught and changed the extensions of the attachments so they cannot be executed. As long as you have "MailSafe" checked in your ZoneAlarm configuration, viruses like this one will be intercepted (not ALL types though - don't forget).
