Never mind.  I tried it again and it is working.

I have a somewhat related question.  When I deleted a message from the
Common Inbox - Known, I found that the program created a Common Trash
folder at the bottom of the Account list.  Can I make that Common
Trash folder to be a sub-folder under Inbox - Known?  If yes, how?
