That would be using quick templates. Create a quick template (Options
- Quick templates) and give it a handle. Now you can include the quick
template with the macro %QINCLUDE="handle"

Not so straightforward as you'd like, you can't call the account
template like a quick template, but there's a work around. ;-)
Create a quick template with the same contents as your current new
message account template. (Call it general-new)
Now delete your account template for new messages and replace it with
a template that only has %QInclude="general-new" in it as first line.
Now you'll create AB-templates with the contents: %language="NL"%QInclude="general-new"
and you've got what you're asking for.
