If TB is the 'only' Program that is affected... and only the 1.6x versions,
as 1.5x does not have that problem... then in my estimation it 'is' TB and
not my System. I have never had any problems relating to scrolling in any
of the Programs I have installed. Only TB.

Allie mentioned the Logitech Drivers as well, but I am reluctant to change
Drivers just for the sake of one Program.
